Led by our Vice President of Organizational Development & Operations, this team ensures that every dealership is equipped with the infrastructure, tools, and talent to operate efficiently, grow strategically, and adapt to change. From internal workflows to people development initiatives, this department focuses on the mechanics behind high performance—and the people who make it happen.
